With more than 3000 members we are the largest organisation for the advancement of commerce and industry in our region. Through their active participation, our members take part in the continuing development and renewal of the organisation.

The BCCI is politically neutral and aims to:

• Set the agenda for, and influence current commerce and industrial political issues
• Be the most important meeting place for members – an intersection between government, administration, research and higher education
• Organise networks and resource groups on important areas of interest
• Make the business of the region visible
